Our story
Some moments are too important to just remember.
We believe they deserve to be kept, seen, heard, and felt again, exactly as they happened.
A song can hold an entire chapter of a life, the exact three minutes when everything changed, whether that’s a wedding, a first dance, or twenty anniversaries later. Most gifts fade into a drawer. Soneveil exists to do something different: keep that chapter close, in a form that lasts, and a form you can return to whenever you need to feel it again.

It’s never really about the paper.
Anyone can buy a generic gift. What’s harder to find is something built entirely around one specific moment between two people, the song from a first dance, the melody playing when everything shifted. That specificity is the whole point. A Soneveil isn’t a keepsake because of what it’s made of. It’s a keepsake because of what it’s made for.

Played by hand, not generated by a machine.
Every arrangement is written and performed by a real musician, never composed or produced by AI. That means someone actually sits with your song: hearing what made it matter, deciding which note carries the weight of that memory, and playing it themselves, so the recording on your listening page is a real performance, not a rendering.
Built to outlast the moment it holds.
A memory doesn’t fade just because time passes, so the piece that holds it shouldn’t either. Every Soneveil is printed on 100% cotton fiber paper, made by hand, naturally acid-free so it won’t yellow with age. The deckle edge (the soft, feathered border left by the papermaker’s mold) means no two pieces are ever quite the same, the same way no two memories are either.

A moment you can hear again, not just see.
A photograph shows you a moment. Soneveil lets you feel it again. Every piece includes a small QR code that opens a private audio page, a simple scan with a phone camera, where the exact arrangement shown on the print comes to life. It’s not a bonus feature. It’s the reason this exists: because some moments deserve more than a memory of what they looked like.
This is what a gift should do.
A good gift shouldn’t end up forgotten in a drawer. It should hold something that actually matters, and give someone a way back to it, whenever they need it most.
