These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of products and services from Soneveil (“Soneveil,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Our service

Soneveil creates premium, bespoke sheet music keepsakes. Each order is a custom arrangement crafted specifically for you based on the song and details you provide. When your keepsake is complete, we deliver it and make your private listener page available at a unique, unguessable link.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including the song details and any dates relevant to your commission. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider, and your order is confirmed once payment is received. You are responsible for ensuring the details you submit are correct before completing your purchase.

Fulfilment and turnaround

Each keepsake is crafted by hand. Our typical fulfilment turnaround is 3 to 5 business days from the date your order and all required details are received. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on the complexity of your request and current volume. We will keep you informed as your arrangement progresses.

Made to order — no returns or refunds

Because every Soneveil keepsake is made to order and personalised specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order is placed. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us at david@soneveil.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual property

The bespoke arrangement we create for you is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Soneveil retains ownership of its own branding, website, and underlying methods. You represent that you have the right to request an arrangement of the song you submit, and you are responsible for any third-party rights associated with the underlying musical work.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, including listener pages that do not belong to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soneveil and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Our products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
